A bindle, being carried over the shoulder by a traveler in the past, is full of homemade Carintian delicacies. A decorative lace tablecloth and a stick, that is bound into a cloth sack, offers delicacies from our oven: rye bread, fruit bread, spelt biscuits, gingerbread. Add a jar of honey to it, snapps or liqueur, berries marmalade, dried fruits (apple slices or perries) and dry plums. For this bindle to be complete, our homemade salami is being added.
